It came across my mind that maybe u could up max speed from light to 110% or some thing like that to give a ppl who chose to max light to have a diffrence from ppl who doesnt.Now u can leave light at some point and still get max +mag dmg, so past that point there is no clear reason to max it out to 100mastery, think about it
